How to lease
with us
1. Contact our Leasing Officer.
2. The leasing officer will schedule your actual
inspection of the unit/s
3. Fill-out the Tenant Information Sheet.
4. Submit the following requirements:
a) Locals -a copy of 2 valid Government Issue ID
b) Foreigners - a copy of 1 valid Government Issued ID and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR).
5. Pay the earnest fees; reservation and advance
payments.
6. Sign the Rental Agreement and/or Contract of Lease.
7. Move-in through the assistance of our
Leasing Officer.
