IT Ticketing process

1. Creating request .

In creating request , requestor should use their company email.

2. Approved by requestor's department head.

Once the requestor submit the ticket , department head should review the task filed by his/her subordinate.

3. Once approved by the department head, IT department should
take action on the request .

4. Once the task is completed by the IT department, requestor should approve the request for completion to close the pending ticket.
